What counts as a location?
A location is any distinct business address — a salon branch, a clinic, a restaurant. Each location gets its own WhatsApp Business number and operator workspace.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
We will notify you as you approach any limit. For conversation volume, WhatsApp costs are passed through at Meta's published rates (~S$0.05–0.08/conversation). For seat and location overages, you can add packs at any time.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing saves you roughly two months compared to monthly. You are billed upfront for the year and receive a receipt for your records.
Is my data tenant-isolated?
Yes — every customer's data is stored in an isolated schema. Cross-tenant access is prevented at the database layer. Tenant context is always server-derived, never supplied by the client.
